Dina Gielchinsky

dina-s1Dina Gielchinsky is Of Counsel at Neiger LLP.  Dina has extensive experience in complex insolvency proceedings.  She has represented foreign and domestic debtors, bank lenders and unsecured creditors, and has advised on one of the biggest preference litigations in the United States.  Prior to joining Neiger LLP, Dina practiced as a bankruptcy litigation associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, and Lovells.  She then acted as in-house counsel for a distressed debt fund.  Dina co-chaired an American Bar Association program entitled “Sonic Boom – How to Protect Your Client in Bankruptcies Heard around the World,” and is the co-author of a chapter in a published treatise dealing with international insolvencies and debt restructuring entitled “Relief Available to Foreign Debtors under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.”

Dina earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2002, where she received honors in Torts.  She graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University in 1999.
