Brian Y. Greenwald is an associate at Neiger LLP.  Brian received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2007.  Upon completing his J.D., he went on to work in a transactional group at Kelly, Drye & Warren LLP in New York City where he gained experience dealing with complex corporate transactions and tax issues.  He subsequently attended New York University School of Law from which he received an L.L.M. in Taxation in May 2009.   Brian is admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and the District of Columbia.
